Alyson Dougherty accepted into Prestigious Program

     Alyson Dougherty, a student in the Economics Department, has been accepted to the American Economic Association Summer Program at Duke University. She has also been offered the AEA’s first ever full tuition waiver. Alyson is graduating in May and is seeking to earn her PhD in Economics.

     This makes the second student that has been sent to this prestigious program from the Economics Department. Mike Sposi was accepted two years ago. Mike has now been accepted into the PhD program at Iowa with full funding.
