Section 5: Needed Changes

Enhance existing administrative support in the School of Arts & Sciences
 

The Chairs of the School of Arts and Sciences strongly and unanimously request that additional funds be allocated for a second associate dean. This position would be in addition to the current Dean's staff, and would make staffing levels comparable to the other schools. This position is necessary to fully accomplish administrative tasks of the School in the most efficient manner.
